We’re a fast growing online Olympic lifting coaching business expanding our tram to reach more people around the world. We exist to help Olympic lifters & Crossfitters master the barbell filling them with the confidence, strength and technique to smash PBs on the regular. This role involves setting appointments for sales reps to enroll members into our personal-coaching program.
If hired as an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting & following-up with both inbound and outbound leads. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential prospects for the TLZ Elite coaching, quickly qualify them to see if they are a good fit for the program, then set appointments for our sales team to take.
The setter will also take responsibility managing their pipeline of prospects and follow up with all until the sale is won or disqualified as a potential prospect.
This position is perfect for someone who is starting off in sales and looking for a way to earn their stripes OR someone who wants to be able to work remotely and impact others positively in the process. (If you already have experience with Appointment Setting, this is a total bonus.)
*With this role, full training will be given so being willing to learn a proven process and then stick to it is crucial to your success.
Here are some of the details you need to know:
You’ll handle 20-30+ inbound leads per day
Work remotely & set your own schedule
The position is full-time (~40hrs/week), with on-target earnings of $3,000-$9,000 per month
Commission through the trial phase then base + commission once established in the role (variable)
You need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on your phone and computer (Access to a computer is a must-have)
